Start by removing the existing seat and cover. Then place the mounting template on the toilet and align it with the rim of the toilet. Insert the expansion nuts in the ceramic holes from the bottom upward. Then place the catch plate onto the toilet, fixing the catch plate in the notch of the template. Fasten nuts and brackets and remove the template. Then place the BidetMate 700 smart toilet seat on the toilet, lining it up with the catch plate, and gently push it back until you hear a click. Close the water feed valve. Drain the toilet tank. Connect the bidet use hose to the bidet. Remove the water feed pipe from the toilet and install the t-valve.
